You will need a bolster-blanket and a flat blanket. Rest the crease of your knees on top of the rolled blanket, then lie back with the rolled edge of a flat blanket supporting the back of your neck.
Your arms should be stretched out, but you can follow the model by having them on your chest or at your sides.
