You will need a bolster-blanket and a flat blanket. Rest the crease of your knees on top of the rolled blanket, then lie back with the rolled edge of a flat blanket supporting the back of your neck.

  1. Your arms should be stretched out, but you can follow the model by having them on your chest or at your sides.

    Playing soft gentle music of your own choosing is optional as well as the length of time you maintain this position, especially when you are practicing the poses by yourself.
